The premise.
The traditional production model is bloated and structurally inefficient. Pre-visualisation costs months. Post-production costs more. The result is a slate that bends toward the lowest-risk format. The Group is building a vertically integrated production company that keeps every link in-house — financing, production, post, distribution — and uses proprietary AI to compress timelines without compromising the final output.
How we operate.
We finance our own slate. We own the IP. We run our own post pipeline. The Group’s applied-intelligence stack is integrated upstream of every step — pre-vis, VFX, rendering, audio, colour. The downstream output is conventional cinematic property; the production economics are not.
