Privacy Policy

Effective 25 April 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Kong Group LLC ("Kong Group", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information about visitors to konggroup.net and any subdomains we operate (collectively, the "Site"). This policy does not apply to information collected by the operating subsidiaries within the Group, each of which publishes its own privacy policy at the relevant company domain.

01

Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly when you submit a form on the Site — for example, when you submit a contact, capital, partnership, press, or careers enquiry. The information you provide may include your name, email address, organisation, message contents, and any other information you choose to share.

We collect limited technical information automatically when you visit the Site, including IP address, user-agent string, referrer URL, and timestamps of requests. This information is used for security, abuse prevention, and aggregate analytics. It is logged at the edge by our infrastructure providers and retained for 90 days.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 16. If you believe a minor has provided personal information through the Site, contact us at the address below and we will delete it.

02

How We Use Information

We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, evaluate potential institutional or operational partnerships, and maintain ordinary business records.

We use technical information for security monitoring, fraud prevention, debugging, and to understand how the Site is used in aggregate. We do not use technical information to build behavioural advertising profiles.

03

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We share personal information only with: (i) service providers acting on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations — currently Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, Cloud Logging, Cloud Storage) and Cloudflare (CDN and edge security); (ii) professional advisors such as legal counsel and auditors as reasonably necessary; and (iii) governmental or judicial authorities where required by applicable law or valid legal process.

04

International Data Transfers

Kong Group operates from the United States and the United Arab Emirates. Information you submit may be processed in either jurisdiction and in countries where our infrastructure providers operate. Where we transfer personal data out of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or other regions with cross-border transfer restrictions, we rely on appropriate safeguards including the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

05

Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and certain US states (including California under the CCPA/CPRA) have additional rights under their respective privacy laws.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

06

Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Site uses strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies for session management, security, and load-balancing. We do not currently deploy advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies. If we add analytics cookies in the future, we will update this policy and surface a consent mechanism where required.

07

Data Security

We apply commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information we receive. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a security incident affecting personal information, we will notify affected individuals and regulators where required by applicable law.

08

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the Site for a reasonable period prior to taking effect.
