Why principals are not named publicly.
The Group operates in regulated environments and conducts technical diligence on counterparty infrastructure. Principal exposure is calibrated against that posture: the structure of the leadership team is public, the individuals are disclosed during qualified engagement.
Qualified institutional partners, prospective counterparties under NDA, and accredited press receive principal disclosures directly.
How the Group is staffed.
Managing Partner & Chief Architect
Sets the holding-company strategy. Owns technical diligence and the sovereign-infrastructure thesis. Final authority on platform architecture across the Group.
Partner, Applied Intelligence
Owns the XSIS substrate and the applied-intelligence sector. Responsible for foundation-model integration, structured-output orchestration, and the XSIS / Qurec platform roadmap.
Partner, Sovereign Infrastructure
Owns the cryptographic substrate underneath QMV and DIRX. Responsible for protocol design, key custody, and cross-platform native client engineering.
Partner, Film & Media Production
Owns the Group’s production company. Responsible for slate, financing, production execution, and the integration of Group AI tooling upstream of every step.
Partner, Operations & Capital
Directs capital allocation across the platforms and provides operational leverage to the founders inside the Group portfolio. Owns the Group’s relationships with institutional partners.
